- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No sharing for marketing: Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subprocessors is limited to what is necessary to deliver the messages you have requested (for example, our SMS provider).
