A2P 10DLC / Toll-Free compliance summary

Overview

ayudaconnect sends SMS messages only to individuals who choose to opt in through one of the optional opt-in flows documented below. SMS consent is not required to use our support or booking services. We do not purchase phone lists, share consent across brands, or send marketing messages without an explicit, separate opt-in.

Brand & program

  • Brand: ayudaconnect
  • Website: https://www.ayudaconnect.com
  • Message program types: Customer Care, Appointment Reminders
  • Expected frequency: Varies by conversation; typically 1–4 messages per request or booking.
  • Carriers: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-in flow #1 — Support request form

Visitors open the “Get help” modal from any page on ayudaconnect.com. When a mobile phone number is entered, an unchecked consent checkbox appears immediately above the submit button. The checkbox is clearly labeled as optional — the support request can be submitted with or without it. SMS consent is collected separately from acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Terms.

By checking this box, you agree to receive customer-care SMS messages from ayudaconnect related to your support request (confirmations, follow-ups, status updates). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy (/privacy) and Terms (/terms).

Opt-in flow #2 — Booking / appointment form

Visitors who click “Book a call” see an optional SMS consent checkbox before the appointment calendar loads. Users can check the box to opt in to SMS reminders, or they can click “Continue without texts” to book the call without receiving SMS. The calendar is available either way — SMS consent is not a gate to using the booking service.

Consent record-keeping

Every consent submission is logged server-side with: a SHA-256 hash of the phone number plus the last 4 digits, a SHA-256 hash of the originating IP (daily rotating salt), the verbatim consent text shown, the source form, and a UTC timestamp. Records are available on request for carrier or TCR audits.

  • You may also email david@ayudaconnect.com to be removed from all SMS messaging.
